I remember eating Cauliflower as a kid. My grammy used to cook it all the time and the only way I would eat it is if it was doused in her signature cheese sauce (which was incredible by the way.) Man how times have changed! Cauliflower has turned into one of my favourite vegetables and I have recently realized how versatile this wonderful vegetable is, and how many ways you can cook it. I was in the mood for something hearty, spicy and healthy and Siracha Roasted Cauliflower was born.
– 1 Head of Cauliflower – 1 TBS Soy Sauce
– 2 TBS of Siracha – Parsley and Cilantro to taste
– 2 tbs Olive Oil -1/2 of a Lime
Preheat the oven to 425
Combine all ingredients. Pour over chopped Cauliflower and let sit for 30 min.
Pour over parchment lined backing sheet and back for 20 min, turning once or until golden.
Garnish with fresh Parsley, Cilantro and Lime.
